This Shipping Policy outlines how BOYS AND GIRLS CLOTHING LLC ("Company," "we," "us") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on Ponsmontajeselectricos.com.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship from our Miami, Florida warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date (not the order date). Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Canada: $19.99 flat rate — estimated 7-14 business days
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are assessed by the destination country's customs authority.
We are working to expand our shipping to additional countries. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we add new shipping destinations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial scan.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. If you have questions about your shipment, you can contact the carrier directly with your tracking number or reach us at [email protected].
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can only modify the address before the order has shipped.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (refused, incorrect address, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
