1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unworn and unwashed
  • The item has all original tags and packaging attached
  • The item is in its original, resalable condition
  • The item is free from odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or in unsalable condition
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Customized or personalized items

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive return authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a note with your order number and RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  5. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the details of what you'd like to exchange for.

For domestic US exchanges, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive your return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days.

  • Return received and inspected: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
  • Refund processed: Within 5-7 business days of approval
  • PayPal posting: Immediately upon processing
  • Credit card posting: Allow 5-10 additional business days depending on your bank

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where an item shows signs of use, is returned without original tags, or is missing components. We will notify you before issuing a partial refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframes listed above, please:

  • Check your PayPal account balance
  • Contact your bank or credit card company — posting can take additional business days
  • If you've done the above and still have not received your refund, email us at [email protected]

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
